1. A space for technical and professional training
The infrastructure will be used as a practical training center by the Bolivian Catholic University – UAC, and other organizations for short and technical courses in the tourism sector. Young people will have access to professional growth opportunities directly in their own territory.

2. A meeting place between cultures
The House will be a space for dialogue between the traditional Aymara culture — with its sacred mountain symbols, the Achachilas — and the Western culture of mountain sports, promoting respect, exchange, and cultural integration through activities, events, and training.

3. A specialized sports center
The infrastructure will include a bouldering gym and a lead climbing tower, open to young people, schools, and visitors. It will be a space for sport as a tool for education, health, and the appreciation of the mountain environment.

4. An environmental research center
It will host the glaciology project launched in 2018 by the parish, focused on the study and monitoring of the glaciers of the Cordillera Real. An initiative that combines science, environmental awareness, and local involvement in the protection of natural resources.

5. A place to promote the ethics of the mountain
Through meetings, exhibitions, and events, the deep values of the mountain will be promoted: respect, simplicity, responsibility, solidarity. A place to train not only professionals, but citizens aware of their role in the community and in the territory.
