ADVENTURE AND SUSTAINABLE TOURISM UNIVERSITY
In a context where environmental protection, the appreciation of local cultures, and innovation in tourism management have become essential, this program trains professionals capable of designing, organizing, and leading tourism activities that combine adventure with sustainability.
HISTORY
The Adventure and Sustainable Tourism program was established in 2017 as a result of the vision and dedication of Father Antonio Zavatarelli, in partnership with the Unidad Académica Campesina (UACS) of the Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo.” The academic curriculum was officially approved by the Ministry of Education specifically for this university branch.
The project was created with the goal of offering professional training opportunities to young people from the Altiplano, contributing to the integral development of the region and generating employment alternatives for local communities.

COURSE DEVELOPMENT
The course offers training at the Higher Technical level in Adventure Tourism, with an academic curriculum designed as a residential program that includes a full scholarship for three years. This structure allows students to develop academically, spiritually, and within the community.
Afterward, graduates can continue their studies for an additional two years to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Tourism. This approach ensures a comprehensive education that combines theory, practice, and values, aimed at the personal and professional development of young people.
